Holistic Wellbeing

Practise 'Wellbeing' on a regular basis. Cultivate a whole-being approach to wellness and focus on all aspects of your health. Pick up some new and interesting things to do every day of your life. These will not only boost your energy every time you carry them out but will also build a wholesome amount of real wealth- your health.


Physical Well-being- Choose any two items and practise the same ones for 21 days.

  • Walking 30 minutes

  • Surya Namaskar 11 times

  • Eliminating fast food

  • Yoga 30 minutes

  • Eliminating sugar

  • Drinking 3 litres water

  • One meal of fresh fruits and vegetables only

  • Eliminating meat

  • Drinking a cup of warm turmeric milk

  • Eliminating caffeine

  • Dance class 30 minutes

  • Aerobics 30 minutes

  • Play badminton/tennis/golf

  • Go swimming/bowling

Emotional Well-being- Practise any two items for 21 days. These could change everyday.

  • Be grateful for 5 people/things first thing in the morning

  • Talk to a friend

  • Be kind to someone

  • Help someone without their asking

  • Bless others mentally

  • Hug yourself and acknowledge your strengths

  • Volunteer for some group activity

  • Buy coffee for a stranger

  • Play with a child

  • Learn a new thing

  • Watch a comedy

Spiritual Well-being- Choose any two items and practise the same ones for 21 days.

  • Learn a mantra and repeat it often during the day

  • Take 6 deep breaths before starting any new activity

  • Meditate for 15 minutes

  • Create a positive affirmation and repeat it often during the day

  • Spend time in contemplation

  • Read a spiritual book

  • Attend a course on mindfulness

  • Learn a breathing technique (pranayama)

  • Watch a spiritual video

  • Listen to a spiritual talk
